In case you haven't already heard about it...
- Flametongue now has 5 sec Mortal Strike Debuff that refreshes every hit.
- Toughness: 5/5 = 50% duration reduction on movement impairing effects.
- Flametongue Totem damage effects now also reduce healing done to the target by 50% and lasts 5 seconds.
This is not a joke... SS for proof:

So theoretically, in a 5v5 if the flametongue totem is down... the entire team now has the ability to melee the opponent to reduce his healing taken by 50%? wow... not OP at all
